When translated pan bagna literally means "bathed bread" I use it as a motto to describe unparralled flavour that leaves you wanting more... like a warm french baguette slathered in butter, heirloom tomatoes in August, artisan cheese, crisp radishes with Maldon salt, fresh picked herbs....I could go on.
As owner and operator of Pan Bagna I hope to share my passion for good food and entertaining through sophisticated, nutritious and tasty food, enduring interaction and environmental responsibility. I approach each event like it was my own with thoughtfulness and care.
With over 30 years in the food and hospitality industry my portfolio includes; recipe development, food writing, event coordinating and extensive culinary travel.
